袁琦,男,1986年10月出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,澳大利亚 悉尼大学访问学者。2014年毕业于山东大学信息科学与工程学院(硕博连读),获信号与信息处理工学博士学位,并荣获山东大学2014届优秀毕业生,同年入职澳门沙金官方网站。
